Refund Policy

Damaged/Defective Items

Our refund policy lasts 14 days, and covers defective items and items damaged in transit. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange on your defective item. 

Refunds & Exchanges
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first contact us within 14 days of receiving your defective item. We will request a picture of the damage on the item before we can process a return request. Upon receipt, we will send out a replacement or refund the full purchase price of your item. You will have to pay the return shipping. The refund is processed as soon as we receive the physical item back at our warehouse. Please note you take all risk if a package gets delayed in the supply chain due to COVID-19 "Shelter in Place" ordinances and will not receive a refund until the item is shipped back to our warehouse. Please read the COVID19 Update on our Shipping Information. All sales are final unless the bag is defective in any way. 

Lost or Stolen Packages
Aifi is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Aifi will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. 

As soon as the official USPS/UPS courier tracking is updated, we are not responsible for any misdeliveries or thefts UNLESS the mistake was made on our side. We require you to make the phone call to the shipping company to find out why the status may say "Delievered" but isn't at your home/mailbox. You may find the official phone numbers for UPS and USPS on their websites. We do not offer a free return and refund unless the item is damaged or we made a mistake on our part. We only process the refund when we receive the item back at our warehouse. Every customer agrees to these terms.

*COVID19 Notice - Due to the Coronavirus uncertainty, any orders getting stuck in the supply chain due to new shelter in place orders by state/country, local couriers shutting down and customs problems will NOT receive a refund UNTIL they are tracked at the customers home address and returned back to our warehouse through a return request. At this time, all shipping companies are operating normally and orders are received in a timely manner. With that said, every customer agrees to this new term. 

***Alaska and Hawaii customers will have delayed shipping due to logistics slowdowns.
